Hey, I’m Shelby Kay, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a North Dakota mama to a busy toddler, wife to my biggest supporter, and a storyteller with a deep love for the outdoors, the western lifestyle, and capturing the moments that tell a real story. Around here, life moves between rodeos, softball tournaments, hunting seasons, fishing trips, and evenings spent in the garden or making something homemade in the kitchen. More often than not, you’ll find me with an iced coffee in hand, our three dogs close by, and my husband right there beside us soaking in this life we love.

Photography became a natural extension of the life I already love living. Whether it’s dust flying in the arena, wildlife in the field, or the quiet beauty of everyday western life, I’m passionate about preserving the moments that feel like home.
